Attendance Policy

Online Courses:

  • 95% attendance is required for all classes.
  • Students must notify their course instructor of any absences and provide appropriate documentation (e.g. medical report).

Workshops:

  • 100% attendance is required for workshops, which typically consist of 2-3 sessions.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Students facing exceptional circumstances (such as a family member's death, accident, or serious injury) will not be considered absent.
  • S Students who miss 10% of classes due to exceptional circumstances are required to attend the remaining sessions without absence
  • Details of exceptional circumstances, along with supporting documents, must be submitted to the course director for consideration (contact edu@aspirefitnesspro.com).

 

Assessment Policy

Aspire Fitness Academy provides modern education using a variety of testing methods, including written tasks, online tests, practical demonstrations, and workplace simulations.

In-class Learning:

  • 100% attendance is required for all class-based assessments. Students must notify Aspire Fitness Academy instructor of any absence and provide appropriate justification (for example, a medical certificate).
  • All assessments (including practical tests) are expected to be completed within the designated time frames and the final completion date of the course as outlined in the course schedule
  • When a student fails to complete a class-based assessment due to absence, the student will be required to attend the assessment with another class wherever possible (if scheduled before the student's original training course completion date).
  • When an assessment attempt reflects unsatisfactory results, students will be given a chance to redo one assessment. Any additional reassessments may be subject to a fee of SAR 650 per assessment.
  • When a student fails to complete all class-based assessments by the course completion date, Aspire Fitness Academy may issue an unsuccessful course completion result and require the student to complete the course again. Re-registration fees may apply.

Online Learning:

  • All assessments (including workplace experience) are expected to be completed before the course completion date and within the time frames specified in the training plan
  • After the training period ends, access to Aspire Fitness Academy for assessment submissions will be closed, and no further assessments will be accepted.
  • When a student fails to complete all online assessments by the course completion date, Aspire Fitness Academy may issue an unsuccessful course completion result and require the student to complete the course again. Re-registration fees may apply.

Exam Passing Criteria:

  • It is spread throughout the exam and used for statistical purposes only. 80% is required to pass the exam.

 

Impersonation and Cheating:

For the purposes of this policy, cheating and impersonation are defined as follows:

  • Cheating is any situation in which a student attempts to gain an unfair advantage when submitting or presenting an evaluated work or engages in inappropriate behavior during the test. This also applies to stealing another student's work for submission, presentation, or portfolio inclusion.

Plagiarism:

Plagiarism is any situation where a student integrates published material that has not been properly cited, or material produced by another student in their submitted work, without correctly acknowledging it as their original work. Aspire Fitness Academy is committed to honesty and integrity standards. Therefore, plagiarism and cheating in any form are unacceptable and will result in failure.

It is the responsibility of both Aspire Fitness Academy employees and students to ensure that all necessary information is provided to prevent cheating and plagiarism.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class Based Courses

  • The minimum deposit is SAR 800 (non-refundable).
  • No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
  • Refunds will be issued up to one (1) day before the start date of the semester course. The minimum deposit (SAR 800) will be forfeited.

Online Based Courses

  • The minimum deposit is SAR 450 (non-refundable).
  • Refunds will be issued before the 15-day cooling-off period. The minimum deposit (SAR 450) will be forfeited

Workshops

  • No refunds are available on workshops

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Students who do not meet the eligibility criteria for refunds may apply for consideration under exceptional circumstances.
  • Details of the exceptional circumstances, along with supporting documentation, should be submitted to the course manager for review (contact edu@aspirefitnesspro.com).If the circumstances are critical, a refund may be granted.
