Registration


Registration is done through the registration link provided with each educational program, by entering the required personal information:

  • Write the full name as it will appear on the certificate, the name cannot be changed later.
  • Use a valid email address, we recommend using your personal email and not your work email to ensure receipt of the certificate.
  • Payment of the educational program fees is required to confirm registration. If payment is not made by the last day before the course, the academy has the right to cancel the registration.
  • In case of payment by instalments:
    • The first instalment must be paid at least one day before the start of the course, and the instalment must be no less than 25% of the program fee.
    • Notify the academy of the payment plan.
    • Complete the payment before the end of the training program and before the final exam preparation break.
    • The academy has the right to suspend the student from attendance and cancel the fees in full if payment is not made before the payment deadline (as stated in the previous paragraph).
    • The student cannot claim program fees if they attend only 25% of the educational program duration, excluding the exam duration or preparation time, or if they have received study materials such as books, etc.
    • Deferral: Deferral is allowed for a maximum of three months, and if the period is exceeded, the fees will be cancelled without the right to claim or refund, and the academy reserves the right to accept or reject admission.
    • The student has the right to transfer from one program to another, provided that the fees are fully paid before the transfer.

Attendance

Courses held at the institute:

  • Maintain attendance and departure times according to the predetermined course schedule.
  • Behave with values and manners during training courses, such as good listening, etiquette in discussion and dialogue.
  • Silence or turn off mobile phones and avoid any distraction to oneself or classmates.
  • Abide by refraining from smoking inside the academy.

Courses held remotely:

  • Remote courses are attended through the provided platform.
  • The platform link will be shared on the discussion group on the same day.
  • The academy is not responsible for any internet connection interruptions experienced by the participant. We are only responsible if the broadcast is interrupted by the academy.

Certificates

Courses held at the institute:

  • To obtain the course certificate, the trainee must attend the complete registered training course
  • Pass the exams (if any).
  • The certificate will be sent within two weeks of the last day of the course, after passing the exam (if any).

Courses held remotely:

  • To obtain the course certificate, the trainee must attend at least 90% of the registered training course.
  • Pass the exams (if any).
  • Complete the course fee payment (if any).

Cancellation and Refund

Courses held remotely:

Misconduct

No refunds will be given if the school management removes a student from the program due to misconduct. Misconduct is a violation of the code of conduct, or gossip, harassment, bullying, or any other inappropriate or disturbing behaviour that affects the program's well-being or your fellow students.

Cancellation Notice:

  • The program requires any cancellation or withdrawal notice to be submitted by the student through the registered mail or email and delivered to the school at least 3 days before the start of the training program.
  • If you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund or postpone course attendance, you must submit a request to the academy management at least 2 days before the course date, and the academy has the right to accept or reject the request.
  • If a participant wishes to request a deferral or cancellation of course attendance due to a medical excuse, they must pay 50% of the course fee to rebook a new appointment, and the institute reserves the right to accept or reject the excuse.
  • If a participant wishes to postpone their course attendance due to one of the above conditions, it can only be done once within a maximum of 6 months from the original registration date.
  • If a trainee is absent from attending the course, they lose the right to claim a refund.
  • The academy reserves the right to cancel any training course or change its schedule in case of circumstances beyond its control and will notify the participants accordingly.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met, the academy has the right to postpone the course schedule for a maximum of 15 days
  • The refund process may take 7-14 business days from the time the request is received, according to the policy of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority.

Respect for intellectual property and copyright is a commitment we uphold in our academy. We design our training courses on our training platform or on any of our social media accounts, such as promotional images, posters, books, and educational supplements subject to copyright and intellectual property rights and translation.

Trainers are committed to respecting intellectual property rights when writing course content. We convert the scientific content prepared by the trainers into digital content, and the participating trainers are required to respect intellectual property and publishing rights and to refer to all references and sources used in writing the course content. The trainer is also required to affirm the intellectual property of the content before starting.

Compliance with the policy of preserving and using materials: The handling of these materials is subject to a clear policy formulated by the academy, which takes into account intellectual property rights, publishing laws, and the sensitivity, confidentiality, and associated risks of the material. The necessary policies have also been put in place to control and benefit from them for the benefit of the academy.

Both the trainer and the trainee are fully committed to maintaining the login information to the training platform and not disclosing it to anyone else, as it is confidential. Both the trainer and the trainee are also committed not to print or photograph any book subject to printing and translation rights for the benefit of the academy. All training materials and modules are available in the trainee's registered account, so they cannot be published or distributed online or in print. They are considered part of the academy.

We also uphold a commitment to decency in dress or appearance. Taking pictures of a student without permission, as well as allowing a student to be photographed in inappropriate attire or appearance, is prohibited. Wearing clothes that violate the academy's general appearance and reputation is also prohibited. The trainer has the right to prevent the non-compliant student from attending and count them as absent.

General courtesy is fundamental and a principle before being a requirement. Mutual respect and courtesy are essential, and the following are prohibited:

  • Addressing each other with titles and exchanging vulgar language.
  • Talking during class and causing distractions.

In the event of a violation of the above conditions and instructions, the academy has the right to cancel the trainee's training program and deprive them of it. The trainee is not entitled to claim program fees or compensation.

We kindly ask you to print and sign these conditions and instructions and resend them to us. These instructions are valid and effective once signed.
